Red fruits jam

How many times do we find ourselves craving for some crunchy toasts with jam? Unfortunately, most jams available for sale contain a lot of sugar, which makes them unhealthy.
Here I leave a suggestion of a red fruit jam sweetened only with dates, to enjoy without regrets.
Ingredients:
650 gr (22.93 oz) frozen red fruits
400 gr (14.11 oz) pitted dates
150 ml (5.07 fl oz) water
1 tsp agar-agar flakes
Instructions;
- Cut the pitted dates into small pieces.
- In a pan, place the frozen red fruits, dates, water and agar-agar flakes. Cook for 40 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Grind everything and then put the jam in sterilized jars.
