Creamiest vegan tiramisu

The silken tofu gives this tiramisu an incredibly creamy texture! Homemade cookies soaked in coffee also contribute to the smoothness of this dessert. You won't resist!
Ingredients:
200 g of soft cookies (check here the recipe I shared and that gives more than 200 gr)
300 gr of silken tofu
4 Tbsp of white sugar
200 ml of strong coffee
1 Tbsp of cocoa powder
20 gr of dark chocolate
Instructions:
- Start by making the soft cookies. Let them cool and reserve 200 gr for this dessert.
- Open the package of silken tofu and drain the liquid. Put the tofu and sugar in a blender cup and grind very well.
- Prepare 200 ml of strong coffee and pour it into a small cup. Dip well, individually, each cookie in the coffee.
- In a bowl about 15 cm (6 in) in diameter, start by placing a layer of cookies. Then, add some of the tofu cream. Put a small amount of tofu in each layer and spread it very well over the biscuits, with the help of a spatula. Repeat this process until you run out of cookies and tofu. You should obtain approximately 4 layers. Remember that you must end with creamy tofu.
- With a small strainer, cover the last layer of tofu with cocoa powder. Finally, grate the dark chocolate.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
