Pineapple and seitan skewers

These pineapple and seitan skewers are incredibly good, beautiful and super easy to make!
Ingredients:
200 gr of firm seitan
200 gr of pineapple
4 Tbsp of soy sauce
2 tsp of fresh thyme
salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the seitan into cubes about 1 cm thick. In a bowl, place the cubes of seitan, two tablespoons of soy sauce and a teaspoon of fresh thyme. Mix everything very well and let the seitan rest for about 30 minutes.
- Cut the pineapple into cubes about 1 cm thick.
- Alternate the pineapple cubes and seitan on the skewer sticks. You should get about 4 skewers. Arrange the skewers on a plate, sprinkle with the remaining soy sauce, season with salt, pepper and the remaining thyme.
- Brush a non-stick frying pan with olive oil. Place the skewers in the frying pan and, over medium heat, cook each side of the skewers for 2 minutes or until the seitan and pineapple are golden brown.
